Our team of experts is trained to handle a wide range of repair needs, ensuring that your equipment is restored to optimal performance with the utmost care and precision. You can submit a repair ticket either directly on the BITMAIN Official website or by using our convenient request form below.

Steps to Create a Repair Ticket At BITMAIN Official Website



1. Navigate to the Repair Ticket Section:

Go to the "My Repair Ticket" section under "After-Sales Service" in your BITMAIN account.


2. Repair Ticket Information:

Click on "Apply for Repair" to start the process.


3. Add Device:

Click "Add Device" to include the miner that needs repair.
Fill in the device details:

Type: Select the unit type (e.g., ANTMINER S19).
Item: Provide item specifics (e.g., XP (127T)).
Quantity: Specify the number of units.
Repairable Repair Site: Select the appropriate repair site from the list provided (e.g., USA-TNSE).
Remark: Note any specific issues (e.g., fan error).


4. Logistics Information:

Enter the tracking number and select the courier service (e.g., UPS).




5. Repair Site Information:

Choose our repair work site USA-TNSE.



Read and agree to the After-Sales Service Terms by checking the box.


7. Submit:

Click the "Submit" button to finalize the repair ticket request.
